Increased end-of-year points fund. GMP also will make the second time run at every points race an optional Run-for-the-Money. Fifty percent (50%) of the money will go to the person running closest to their dial-in and 50% of entry money will go to the year-end points fund. The amount of money raised towards the year-end fund may be tracked on the track’s website’s points page. Super Pro and Pro will have a $20 buy-in with a $10 buy-in for Sportsman.
The bye run will be determined by best winning reaction time in the previous round of eliminations. This will determine the potential bye as well as set the ladder at 8 (or less) cars.
Rookie-of-the-Year Program: If a racer has run 3 or less races in a class per year over the last 5 years, they are eligible for ROTY status for that class. Special prize at the end of the year. Select rookie eligibility on the points sign-up form.
Bracket racing call-outs: Do you have that race you are dying to see? Do you want to put some skin in the game and call out your buddy? Put up some money and we will make the race happen. More details coming soon.
